While we’re always down to try something new, there’s nothing quite like Seattle’s tried and true restaurants. Especially when those restaurants are reopening after the pandemic. Seattle’s beloved Redwing Cafe is finally back after an over two-year hiatus.

If you’ve never been to Redwing Cafe before it’s a vegetarian and vegan restaurant located in Rainier Beach. They prepare items in-house daily using quality ingredients. You’ll find a selection of breakfast items as well as soups, salads, sandwiches, and more.

Despite the two-year hiatus, the menu is still pretty much the same. You’ll find items like biscuits & gravy, potatoes rancheros, redwing tlt, and more. What has changed though according to Redwing’s Instagram is the interior. The restaurant’s new post states that there are new spaces for customers to enjoy.

So it looks like you’ll have to pay them a visit to find out exactly what’s new. Might as well add that to your weekend plans because a breakfast or brunch date seems like a great way to start a relaxing weekend. Enjoy!
