Ontario’s Legislative Building, Queen’s Park, is set to swap debates for a little enchantment this December. On select nights, Festive Lights will bring holiday fun to the grounds, inviting visitors to wander among ice fairies, listen to cheerful live music and dive into festive holiday crafts.

Starting Dec. 10, and select days thereafter, the Legislative Assembly of Ontario will welcome all to a free celebration featuring seasonal activities.

Visitors will have the chance to enjoy hands-on crafts and meet with jolly old Saint Nick.

The park will also be filled with holiday lights and dazzling displays, creating the perfect photo op as you stroll on through. Displays are found both inside and outside the building, giving visitors the chance to also explore Ontario’s history.

It is important to note that if you do decide to enter the Legislative Building, you must go through airport-style security screening.
