Are you ready to take the leap and buy your first property? If you’re a first-time home buyer, doing it solo or with a partner, the process can be stressful and intimidating, especially in Ontario. You’re most definitely not alone on this journey but if you need a little guidance and support, this Ontario casting call may be for you.

Casting for A&E Network’s Property Virgins is now open and they’re searching for “first-time buyers with a strong vision” of their dream home.

According to the casting call, the series “focuses on the roller-coaster journey of property virgins’ first foray into real estate, guiding you through multiple properties that best fit your wish list.”

The new buyers will have a support team in the form of the host coaching them through the biggest purchase of their lives.

“We’re looking for all flavours of first-time buyers – from just married to multigenerational households to friends teaming up to buy property for the first time,” reads the casting.

Casting will be done virtually and if selected, you can expect the shooting to take place between August 2023 to January 2024.

Does this sound like something up your alley? All you have to do is fill out the online form, provide all your contact information and whether you’re doing this solo or with someone else. Sections include property search where you fill out if you’ve already been pre-approved for a mortgage, if you currently have a real estate agent, if you’ve been currently looking at properties, etc.

Next is the wish list section where you share why your story is unique and what type of property you’re looking for, then the general section where you share pictures of yourself and partner (if applicable).

It’s important to note that in order to participate, you must be pre-approved for a mortgage before the date of filming.

That being said, make sure to apply ASAP and test your luck.

Our fingers are crossed!
