Prairie-shot ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ to open in Alberta theatres with special guests & photo ops

If you’re anything like us, then you’ve been waiting on the edge of your seats for the newest installment of comedy legend, Dan Aykroyd’s brainchild. A supernatural phenomenon, Ghostbusters has been recognized by movie lovers from every generation as one of the best, so it only makes sense to celebrate the Alberta-shot sequel, Afterlife, with a Stay Puft Marshmallow man-sized celebration.

Next weekend at Scotiabank Theatres in West Edmonton Mall and Chinook Centre in Calgary, fans who purchase tickets to see the film on its opening weekend will not only get to enjoy the third installment – which was sadly delayed by COVID last year – they’ll also be able to mix and mingle with a familiar cast of characters.

Albertans have been waiting for quite some time to catch this film on the big screen and seats are more than likely going to fill up fast. You won’t want to miss it!
