Port Perry, Ont., is set to sparkle a little brighter this holiday season thanks to its beloved Holly Trolley experience. It’s rolling into town again with free rides with Santa. Here’s what to know.
Every Saturday and Sunday until Dec. 7, 2025, the cheerful red trolley will once again weave through Port Perry, offering free hop-on, hop-off rides.
This is a festive and fun way for locals and visitors to explore the town’s twinkling storefronts, restaurants and holiday streets.
The Holly Trolley will make stops at several key locations, including the War Memorial, Scugog Library, TD Bank, Titlers Law and Old Flame Brewing Co.
Now, for 2025, there’s a new addition to the fun, adding a little more magic to the season. Santa is jumping in on the fun.
Ride the Trolley with Santa on Nov. 30, 2025, from noon to 4 p.m. The special event will see Santa joining in on the fun, listening to wish lists and snapping photos with the kids.
But the magic doesn’t end there. On Dec. 4, 2025, he’ll take up residence in his charming hut at the old post office.
Families will be able to visit him Thursdays through Sundays, making it easy to fit in a magical meet-and-greet into their holiday plans.
Ready to join in on the fun? Here’s the upcoming Holly Trolley schedule:
