11 of the best things to do this weekend in Toronto (Nov. 28-30)

Happy weekend, Toronto! The holiday feels are in full swing. All the festive markets have begun, the snow has started to fall, and the weekends are waiting to be celebrated. It’s the happiest (arguably) time of year, and there is plenty to do, so don’t let the cold weather keep you inside. Here are 11 of the best things to do in the city this weekend.

Distillery Winter Village

The holiday magic awaits.

The Distillery Winter Village is a must-attend before Christmas, so make it this weekend.

Via Allegro Ristorante Chef’s Tasting Experience

Put together by Executive Chef Marco Zandona and Culinary Director Claudio Aprile, one of Toronto’s most beloved restaurants has a new seven-course tasting menu you have to treat yourself to.

Speaking of the Distillery Winter Village, Claudio Aprile is one of Canada’s chefs taking part in the new Chef’s Lane in The Distillery Winter Village from now until Jan. 4.

The most exciting part of this menu is that it is designed as a surprise, each one created day-of, “based on what’s best from the market, and tailored to the table’s preferences.”

A perfect date night idea, or an evening out with friends or family.
