Beyond the displays, you’ll also find lit-up butterfly wings perfect for selfies and tunnels of lights that you can stroll through.

While the lights are the main draw, there are also “groovy goats in holiday coats” – a one-of-a-kind experience where you can get up close and personal with the zoo’s magnificent herd of goats. You’ll get to meet Snap, Buckles, Marion, Juniper, and the rest of the herd as you groom them, take pictures, and give them treats.

The private tour can accommodate up to 8 people and costs between $125-$300, the price of Zoolights admission is also included in this.

If you get a little peckish with all the activity, you can head over to the Cafe Deck and warm up around the fire with s’mores and pudgy pies.

If you’re eager to visit, be sure to head online and book your tickets as advance purchase tickets are required.
