Summer might be on its third leg, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have your own tropical getaway right here in Vancouver! Playa Patrón has arrived and so have the palomas and vacay vibes.
Inspired by the beach clubs of the tropics, Playa Patrón is serving up Tulum-inspired brunch bites during the day, and hand-crafted cocktails at night. From the (very) spicy mango marg to the coconut Paloma – there is no shortage of tasty options!
The pop-up beach club will last three days, from Thursday, August 11th to Sunday, August 14th.

Tulum Chef Cesar Castaneda created a lavish three-course brunch menu that will be served during the event. And with bohemian-style decor, beachy drinks, and literal sand underneath your feet – you’ll truly feel like you’ve been transported to the Caribbean.
You can view both the food and drink menus, as well as an all-vegan brunch menu on their website.
As the sun sets, Playa Patrón transforms into a massive party, with unique beach festivities, deep tropical house DJs, Mexican street food, and of course, tequila-based cocktails galore. So, slip on something fun and flirty and get ready to dance in the sand!
Both the brunch and the beach party experience are ticketed so whether you’re picking one or doing both, you’ll need to reserve your place in advance.
Brunch tickets include the full three-course meal as well as three standard-size Patrón tequila cocktails.
Your ticket to the evening beach bash includes one welcome cocktail and entrance to the full DJ show, including openers and headliners.
Well, that’s all for now, folks! No need to pack a suitcase for this getaway – we’ll see you in Tulum.
