There’s a new low-cost airline coming to Canada & flights to Europe start at $129

Fly to Europe on the low this year! There’s a new low-cost airline that will soon make flights out of Canada this summer.

PLAY, the airline that operates between Iceland and Europe has expanded its service in Canada with the first round of flights taking off to Europe starting June 22, 2023.

“Travellers around the world are hungry to venture to new destinations and recent data shows that 73 per cent of global travellers want vacations outside of their comfort zone,” said Birgir Jónsson, CEO of PLAY.

“We’re proud to expand PLAY service to Canada with service in Hamilton, offering both Canadian and European travellers a new way to reach iconic destinations. With our reliable and affordable flights, travellers can enjoy their destination rather than overspending on the flight to get there.”

Travellers can book tickets from John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport to 26 European destinations like London, Barcelona, Paris, Berlin, Copenhagen, Dublin, Brussels, and so much more.

And to celebrate, PLAY is offering Canadian travellers tickets as low as $169 to 13 destinations across Europe. You can fly to Berlin Brandenburg (BER), Brussels (BRU), Copenhagen (CPH), Dublin (DUB), Göteborg Landvetter (GOT), London Stansted (STN), Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and to Keflavik (KEF) for only $129.

This deal is only valid for the Canadian departing round-trip flights between August and October 2023. And the price includes all mandatory taxes, fees and carrier charges, too! It’s available through the month of January 2023.

There are other low-cost flights like this one to Barcelona for about $257 USD one way.
