Other destinations you can fly to on the cheap include Brandenburg (BER), Brussels (BRU), Göteborg Landvetter (GOT), and Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG).

For those who don’t know, PLAY is a new low-cost transatlantic airline that has been operating flights between Iceland and Europe, and North America since 2022.

PLAY operates from its hub at Keflavik Airport in Iceland, which is “perfectly positioned” between the two continents, according to the airline.

It’s described as a “streamlined, no-frills service” without features like wifi and entertainment, allowing the airline to shave down the cost of their tickets.

The service may be basic, but it’s efficient. After transporting 800,000 passengers across Europe and North America, PLAY boasted an on-time arrival rate of over 96%.

So, if budget-friendly travel is what you’re looking for, then your search ends here. Now, let’s go on an adventure!
