Pizza Hut’s mentorship program is back with funding for Canadian entrepreneurs

Pizza Hut might already be your go-to for a delicious, cheesy slice, but did you know that Pizza Hut is also dedicated to supporting Canadian entrepreneurs?

The Equal Slice Program is funded to empower Canadian business owners who might not otherwise get support through grants and mentorships. It’s a commitment to entrepreneurs and helping others succeed.

Here’s everything you need to know about the program and how you can nominate someone deserving in your community!

The Equal Slice Program by Pizza Hut provides support through coaching, education, and grants.

Participants receive a free, 40-hour “mini-MBA” that combines education, webinars, and mentorship led by university professors and local experts. Additionally, business owners can benefit from one-on-one mentorship to work through immediate challenges facing their business.

Through a thorough assessment process, the program ensures every participant is offered this mentorship, and among them, five standout grant recipients are awarded a $20,000 grant.

Since it started, over 193 recipients have benefitted from the program’s invaluable mentorship, and to date, Equal Slice has awarded $300,000 in grants.

That’s some serious, life-changing dough (pun intended).

How you can help

Here comes the easy part — you can help support this mission with a contribution, either in-store or online. It’s super simple and every contribution goes towards funding the Equal Slice Program and supporting Canadian entrepreneurs.

If you know a Canadian entrepreneur who really deserves an opportunity like this, you can nominate them online! Keep reading here for more information about Pizza Hut and the Equal Slice Program.
