An Italian-American venue with food, bowling & bocce is set to open in Bellevue

Like the idea of dinner and some fun? Well, you can soon have your cake …err pizza, and eat it too because Pinstripes is set to open in Bellevue. The uniquely Italian-American dining and entertainment venue has a projected mid-2024 opening date.

If you’re unfamiliar with Pinstripes, they are a chain currently operating 14 venues around the US in states like Texas, Illinois, and California. Beyond the Bellevue opening, they are currently in the process of creating five other new venues, predominantly in Florida.

When it comes to Bellevue, Pinstripes will operate within the freestanding retail pavilion that is part of the 555 Tower. It will occupy both levels of the pavilion totaling a whopping 21,000 square feet.

Once complete it will have bowling lanes, bocce courts, and a host of outdoor seating options. When it comes to food, diners will find Italian-American food like wood-fired pizzas and seasonal gelato as well as a curated wine list, rotating craft beers, and an assortment of cocktails.

As always, we will keep you updated with new information as the opening draws closer.
