If you’re looking for one of the most iconic pink buildings in Vancouver, Hotel Belmont definitely takes the cake. The staple pink exterior with black trimming around the windows is probably the most aesthetic option you’ll get when you’re standing in line anywhere on Granville.

Plus, their newly-revamped Living Room and Basement bars feature an all-new seasonal menu as of late June, in addition to a fresh redesign that takes the space to an even higher state of luxury. Come for the pink vibes, and stay for the handcrafted cocktails, decadent dishes, and high-end DJ nights.

For those who don’t know, the City of Vancouver has two reimagined alleyways-turned-public laneways: Alley-Oop and Ackery’s Alley – both of which are located downtown. The former (located on Granville and West Hastings) features murals lining both sides of the lane, with the intent of transforming a once dark, drab alley into a colourful, inviting space. Bold pinks and yellows dominate – making this the perfect option for a quick stroll and photo-op.

Where: Located on West Hastings Street, bounded by Granville and Seymour Street

So there you have it, Vancouver! If you’re in need of a little pink to brighten your mood, you won’t have to look far.
