It’s cuteness for a cause! Toronto Humane Society is hosting its annual Paws in the Park presented by Amazon event this summer, and it’s promising to be as heartwarming as it is adorable.

Pet lovers in the GTA may know about this pup-tastic summer event. But did you also know that it’s one of Toronto Humane Society’s biggest fundraisers?

Toronto Humane Society is a non-profit that provides life-saving medical care, rehabilitation, foster homes, and pet supplies to those who need it the most. Paws in the Park presented by Amazon is their annual event to help spread the love, drive awareness, and raise money to continue their important work.

So if you love your pet, consider helping raise some funds for Toronto Humane Society and all the amazing work they do. It’s super easy, and you can score a spot in the Puppy Parade for you and your pooch.

All you have to do is take the pledge to help raise funds for animals in need by registering for a personal fundraising page. You can start your own, register as a team, or join an existing team. Help raise some money for a good cause, and join the Puppy Parade on event day. It’s a great opportunity to take a beautiful stroll in Woodbine Park alongside a community of fellow animal lovers.

Paws in the Park presented by Amazon will be free to attend, but donations are always welcome. You can expect a ton of local retailers with goodies to shop, a boozy beverage garden sponsored by Nude vodka soda, and food trucks for humans AND dogs when you get peckish. There will also be dog training, a doggy fashion show (yes, really!) and, naturally, lots of dogs!
