An “all you can slurp & drink” celebration is happening in Seattle this year & here’s where to find it

It may seem early to think ahead to the end of the year, but one Seattle restaurant is doing just that. While “Oyster New Year” suggests that it takes place at the tail end of the year, it actually happens a few months prior. Here’s what to expect from Elliotts Oyster House’s iconic event.

This year is the 30th annual oyster-centric event meaning Elliotts is going big. This all-you-can slurp & drink event sells out fast and is one of the most sought-after oyster celebrations on the West Coast.

Guests can enjoy unlimited freshly shucked oysters, local wines, and seafood delicacies along with lively music and Elliott’s famous oyster luge. What’s more, this all happens for a good cause. The event is a fundraiser for Puget Sound Restoration Fund, a local nonprofit working to restore the Sound’s water quality, native marine species, and habitats.
