West Seattle is one of the best places to enjoy Seattle’s beautiful summer. Between outdoor spaces, beaches, and restos, there are plenty of reasons to visit. Especially because a brand new restaurant called Otter on the Rocks just opened.

Otter on the Rocks is a new bar in West Seattle with a focus on Thai cuisine and flavors. You’ll find a wide drink menu with offerings like beer, wine, and cocktails. What sets this new spot’s drink menu apart is ingredients like Thai chili-infused tequila, house coconut pandan orgeat, bael fruit infused rum, and more.

What’s more, they offer seasonal cocktails with current spring offerings like the sunbreak which is made with toasted green tea & pepper-infused vodka, Amaro Montenegro, pear liqueur, and lemon. Beyond drinks, you’ll also find an eats menu with various flatbreads made with Thai ingredients. You can nosh on a Thai curry flatbread made with Thai green curry sauce, chicken, mushroom, caramelized onion, mozzarella, and basil. Yum!

The interior is cozy and intimate and has a small outdoor space that opens into the restaurant. Between the menu and fun events like open mic nights on Tuesdays, there are plenty of reasons to give Otter on the Rocks a try. Enjoy!
