Great Place to Work has unveiled its 2023 list of Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness. Several Canadian companies from across the country managed to score a spot, many of which are in Ontario and even hiring.
The list was revealed on November 14th, highlighting a number of Canadian companies that are committed “to promoting and safeguarding the mental well-being of their valued employees,” according to its website.
In order to be eligible for this honour, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified in the past year, have at least 100 employees and at least 80% of its employees must agree that their workplace is “psychologically and emotionally healthy.”

The Great Place to Work team then determined the list based on the employee responses to its Mental Wellness Index.
Now, for those looking for employment, this list might come in handy, especially when narrowing down prospective employers.
If mental wellness is important to you, you’ll be glad to know that some of these companies are currently hiring in Ontario.
Here’s what we’ve found:
Bond Brand Loyalty is headquartered in Toronto, and has more than 800 people and eight offices across North America and Europe. They offer marketing services and have worked with several big name brands like Lululemon, Aveda, Uber, Adidas and more. There are current openings in Mississauga and downtown Toronto, including hybrid remote work. Positions include Client Services Manager, Project Manager, Lead Cloud Application Support Engineer, and many more.
