Pho is one of our all-time favorite foods and we think that’s a pretty common sentiment in Seattle. Which is why we’re super pumped that Pho Bac is opening a new location in the heart of downtown! You can expect your favorite noodle soups and some new menu additions including Banh Mi!

The new spot will hopefully open by mid-June. You can also expect a cool speakeasy-style cocktail bar upstairs called Phocific Standard Time to open in late August or September. We have a feeling that this new spot will become a popular hangout as Pho Bac’s other locations are city-wide faves.

Phocific Standard Time will take a bit longer to open as the team is working on creating some seriously unique Vietnamese-influenced cocktails. You’ll also be able to snag both bottled and canned beer. We have to say we can’t wait to see what they come up with because we know it’ll be amazing.

This new addition is Pho Bac’s fifth location and we love to see local restaurants thrive like this. While we all impatiently wait for the new location, you can enjoy food at The Sup Shop and Pho Bac Rainier Valley. If you’d like to learn more you can click below.
