5 exciting Oktoberfest celebrations happening in and around Vancouver this year

For folks who don’t know, Oktoberfest is the largest German folk fest in the world and is celebrated in cities around the globe. The 16 to 18-day funfair typically runs from mid or late-September to the first Sunday in October, which means it’s the perfect time to share what’s going on in Vancouver by way of celebrations this year.

Without further ado, here are 5 ways to celebrate Oktoberfest in Vancouver in 2022.

Harvest Haus 2022

Harvest Haus is back & better than ever this year, celebrating the seasonal bounty of autumn with tons of specialty German fare, including schnitzel, roast chicken, and a wide range of German, Czech, and Belgian brews. Whether you’re impartial to an old-fashioned pilsner or more of a radler person, there’s a beer (and a seat) for everyone at Harvest Haus. Plus, there will be live entertainment to set the scene.

The Biermeister’s Dinner features three courses of traditional Bavarian fare and four brews expertly paired by the folks at McClelland Premium Import.

As for the latter menu, CRAFT visitors can expect an array of eats, including bratwurst plates, Jägerschnitzel, and pretzel bites. And of course, flights of Bavarian beer to wash it all down.
