In Canada, fall is heralded by changing leaves, swapping tires, and dropping temperatures. In Germany, they start things off with a massive folk festival in Munich with beer, traditional outfits, and live music all day long. Where can we get a bit of that?

As it turns out, right here in Toronto!

Oktoberfest is famed around the world for being a blast – and we don’t like being left out. Pubs around Canada have started the tradition of bringing a little slice of Bavaria home – and this year, you can kick off your very own Oktoberfest in Toronto!

The Pint Public House is one of Toronto’s favourite Canadian pubs. You probably already know them for their sports bar ambiance, expansive patio, and 40 draught beers on tap from local microbreweries. Now, your local haunt just upped the ante, bringing the iconic German festival to you!

Get ready to don your lederhosen and raise a stein! From Saturday, September 16th to Tuesday, October 3rd, The Pint is offering an exciting lineup of festivities, handcrafted brews, hearty German cuisine, and lively entertainment that will transport you straight to the heart of Munich.

There will be insta-worthy dishes inspired by classic Oktoberfest flavours, reinterpreted by The Pint’s in-house chef, Yash. The specialized menu will be available all day long throughout the Oktoberfest promo. Make sure to try the highlights like the Flammkuchen, Beef Goulash Rindergulasch, Currywurst Berliner Style, and German Doner Extravaganza.

Embrace the Oktoberfest tradition of – you guessed it – beer! The Pint has partnered with Amsterdam Brewery for this event to provide unique German brews that will transport you across the ocean to the Bavarian Alps. Be sure to try the feature lager, Marzen.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Oktoberfest without music! Stop by on Saturday, September 16th, Saturday, September 23rd and Tuesday, October 3rd, from 6 PM to 8 PM for live music and entertainment.

Dust off your lederhosen and make your reso to celebrate Oktoberfest in Toronto. It’s all the festival fun without the airfare or jetlag.
