World-renowned hotel and restaurant brand Nobu has been settling in Toronto since the restaurant portion opened in summer of 2024, and as the hotspot continues to grow in popularity, its team is also growing. While the restaurant opened in 2024, the hotel side of Nobu Toronto is gearing up to open this summer, in 2025, posting this message to Instagram: “NOW HIRING: Visit nobutorontojobs.com to view our job postings and apply to become part of opening Canada’s very first Nobu Hotel – opening this summer.”

The jobs Nobu is currently hiring for include:

  • Chef De Partie
  • Commis Chef
  • Demi Chef De Partie
  • Guest Experience Specialist
  • Guest Services Attendant
  • Host/Reservationist
  • Lounge/In-Room Dining Server
  • Overnight Guest Experience Specialist
  • Sous Chef

Some of the roles are part-time, some full-time, and some have available positions for both.
