Alberta has a lot of stunning destinations, but few are as tranquil as the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden in Alberta.

Built in 1967, the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden was established as a symbol of friendship between Japan and Canada and it continues to be an emblem of togetherness and celebration today!

Meant to celebrate artistry, food, tradition, and beauty – this one-of-a-kind location has been named one of the most ‘worth it’ places to visit in all of North America – and it’s pretty clear why.

Before anything was drawn up or even discussed, it was decided and agreed that the gardens needed to be of the highest quality and they really spared no expense.
