It’s officially the season of night markets, Vancouver! So if you’re looking for some of the most delicious events of the year to look forward to in the area, we’ve got your back. Here are 5 delicious night markets happening in & around Vancouver this year.
The beloved Shipyards Night Market is officially back every Friday from May 10th to September 13th, so get ready to enjoy the iconic beer garden and outdoor market, and peruse many mouthwatering food trucks.

Cost: Free admission
With plenty of summer and fall markets under its belt (including the city’s first beachside night market), the Vegan Night Market by Peaces.ca is back this March with its first market of 2024. The event will take place on March 7th from 6 to 10 pm at The Waldorf.
When: March 7th
Where: 1489 East Hastings Street
Cost: $2 minimum donation
From Island Jerky to Kona Ice from Chilliwack, to kettle corn, to vintage finds from Urban Vintage, there are tons of exciting things you’ll find at the Fort Langley Night Markets, which are officially back for 2024 starting Friday, June 28th. Admission is free, and shoppers can expect to enjoy live entertainment as they peruse the market.
When: Every Friday from June 28th to September 27th

Cost: Free admission
Now, for the new market on the block. Hosted by Gourmet Markets, this new Spring Night Market at Science World will feature an array of local businesses, and vendor applications are open now. The market will take place on Saturday, June 8th from 5 to 10 pm.
When: Saturday, June 8th
Where: 1455 Quebec Street
Cost: Free admission
The Richmond Night Market is North America’s largest outdoor market, and while specific dates have not yet been confirmed, the market is currently accepting vendor applications. So sit tight for now, and get ready to enjoy hundreds of delicious street food eats from around the globe this spring.
