Niagara Parks is hosting job fairs to fill hundreds of summer positions

If you’d like to spend the summer working in the beautiful Niagara region, then you’re in luck. Niagara Parks has over 350 summer jobs to fill and is hosting several job fairs this season where you can apply on the spot.

“Apply on-the-spot for roles ranging from retail positions to Welcome Centre and attractions support, as well as roles at our locally sourced restaurants, fascinating heritage sites, breathtaking gardens and so much more,” says a description of the job fair.

The seasonal employment opportunities include restaurant worker, cook, culinary helper, retail and attraction sales associate, horticulture and education guest ambassador, labourer, and guest ambassador.

All attendees of the job fair will be given a free parking voucher for the Falls Parking Lot which is located across from the Table Rock Center. They will also have access to free parking at the Legends on the Niagara Golf Course.

There will be five job fairs held throughout the coming months in preparation for the summer season. The first one is this Saturday, January 14th.

After that, the next events are on February 11th, March 4th, April 15th, and May 6th.

If you’re looking for something a little closer to the city, the City of Toronto is hiring for over 100 recreation jobs right now.

There are also plenty of jobs you can apply for with Ontario Parks that range from seasonal to full-time. There are many opportunities for students, youth, and recent grads to apply as well.

It’s shaping up to be another busy summer here in Ontario, and now’s your chance to secure a good job for the season!
