There’s a Santa Village in Ontario with a Christmas-themed amusement park

There’s a whimsical holiday experience in Ontario and it’s definitely one of a kind. Are you officially in the holiday mood? Well, what if we told you that you can pay a visit to Santa’s Village right here in Ontario. Here’s what to know about the Christmas-themed amusement park and its newly renamed holiday experience.

Nestled in the gorgeous forest landscape of Muskoka, Santa’s Village. It is a Christmas-themed amusement park that transforms into a charming festive experience known as Muskoka Christmas.

“Santa’s Village is a unique 60-acre attraction that nestles in a picturesque bend of the Muskoka River,” shares the site.

“Visitors may tour the village by miniature train or cruise the Muskoka River on Santa’s Summer Sleigh Jet Boat.”

Expect to see Santa Claus and his elves at work, and other attractions such as the Candy Cane Express Train, Cookie Decorating, the famous Carousel, ferris wheel, Jumpin’ Star mini-dropper, Story-time with Mrs. Claus, a Tree Lighting Ceremony, mascots and roving entertainers, games of skill, gifts and of course, food.

It kicks off on November 16th and this year, there are a few new additions.

What’s new?

Representatives of Muskoka Christmas told Curiocity that there will be a thrilling 200-drone show that will take place over the swan boat pond.

It will light up the night sky every night that they are open.

There are also three new rides to enjoy: Fly Fishin’, Moose on the Loose and Falcon’s Nest.

But of course, you can enjoy all these attractions and sights among millions of holiday lights that take up the Santa’s Village landscape.

There are all kinds of things to see and do at Santafest, and you have until December 23rd to experience it.

There’s so much fun to be had this holiday season! We can’t wait to dive right in.
