In the past few years, Seattle has had a few superstar newcomers to the restaurant scene. And one of the most beloved has to be Musang which is Beacon Hill’s spot for Filipinx dishes. So while we’re big fans of their restaurant we also do miss the old days of their pop-ups. But psst, Musangtino’s is back in town.

If you’re unfamiliar with Musangtino’s, it’s the more snack-centric sibling of Musang. It’s a collaboration between Melissa Miranda and her long-time friend Jeff Santos. And due to its pop-up nature, you can expect things to be a little different each time. Plus if you’re a fan of the restaurant you’re pretty much guaranteed to be a fan of the pop-up.

You can snag dishes like the boMburger which features a potato bun, ⁣Painted Hills patty, American cheddar⁣, pickled zucchini, ⁣diced onions⁣ , and magic mayo. It’s a take on a classic snack food that you won’t soon forget. And the best part about all this is that you don’t have to wait to try it because the first pop-up is actually today!

Musangtino’s will be located at Fair Isle Brewing from 4-7 pm today. And we certainly hope that this is the first of many pop-ups from this local fave. Plus it’s worth mentioning that you can also snag Kryse Ice Cream today. So if you plan on going be prepared because, in the past, these pop-ups have sold out quickly!
