We might still be in May but it’s already summer at Moxies! Yup, the popular restaurant chain just dropped its brand-new menu, aka Moxies summer feature menu 2023. And like seasons past, this one is full of delights to help you savour the flavours of summer all season long.

As is true for just about every item on their menu, Moxies summer feature menu too is designed by Brandon Thordarson, Director of Culinary & Beverages. Each of the menu features is handcrafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients and delicious flavours for your taste buds.

Expect two new dips, spaghettini with lots of frills, a showstopper of a dessert, three new thirst-quenching cocktails and one returning fave cocktail. And we have the deets on them all.

Starting with their dips, the resto sure seems committed to taking your chips & dip experience to new heights. There is now a Spicy Cashew Queso Dip and a Smashed Avocado Dip on the menu. You can pair both these dips with Moxies’, new housemade Taro root chips.

Next up is their all-frills-included Lemon & Asparagus Spaghettini. This comes with a housemade light and creamy lemon sauce simmered with fresh grilled asparagus, black kale and poached garlic (drooooll!!)

Then there is the Mile High Mocha Pie which is the ultimate indulgence to finish off your meal. The dessert comprises 4 layers of mocha gelato and Oreo cookie crumb. It is then drizzled with delicious caramel and chocolate sauce. And if there’s ever been heaven on earth, this is what it would taste like!

 

To go with all these delicious dishes are some cool and fun libations. These include Vacation Mode Mai Tai, Crimes of Passion Fruit, Spicy Mezcal Watermelon Marg and back by popular demand, Watermelon Sangria.

Interestingly, Crimes of Passion Fruit is the winning cocktail from Moxies National Cocktail Contest. The contest was an employee-only competition where Moxies employees across all its 50 locations sent in some unreal cocktail recipes. And this one was the winning cocktail created by Samathan Machan, a bartender and supervisor at Moxies Courtney Park. The cocktail features refreshing and sultry summer flavours of berries, passion fruit, lemonade, mint, Triple Sec and Bulliet Bourbon.

The only sole drawback of Moxies summer feature menu is that it’s only available until Sept 12th. So, devour as many of those Mile High Mocha Pies and drink up as many of those new cocktails as you can while they’re still around
