Minami is the spot to be for TIFF if you’re looking for a delicious night out. The King Street resto has an exclusive premium dish called The Final C.U.T, inspired by a “movie director’s final cut where only the best is presented.”
If you’re willing to drop some serious dollars, the dish features caviar, uni, and truffle aka C.U.T. This temaki set includes the three premium dishes, sushi rice, nori sheets, and condiments.

Flora Lounge – 1 Hotel Toronto

For those who like to splurge, try Flora Lounge’s 5 Stars.
This $1,000 drink features botanist gin Infused with black truffle, Madagascar vanilla, citron caviar simple syrup, cristal champagne, and edible gold glitter. To make it even better, part of the proceeds of this cocktail will be donated to charity.
