This log cabin is currently the most expensive home in Washington state

There’s nothing quite like a good scroll on Sotheby’s. It’s like cruising Craigslist but a lot higher stakes and of course much more expensive. So for curiosity’s sake (no pun intended) let’s take a look at Sotheby’s most expensive home in Washington State.

For a cool $19 million, this property actually does give you quite a bit. Located in Cusick Washington, the over 918-acre property comes with a 150-acre private lake, a custom 12,000 sqft log home, an adjacent carriage house, and an 8,000 sqft spa pavilion & pool house. That means you can finally live out your ranching dreams or maybe even start a farm.

We say that because the full property comes with multiple furnished homes & cabins, open pastures and paddocks, an equestrian barn, rifle range, workshop, staff quarters, and a fleet of recreational and maintenance vehicles. Seriously this place has it all. But before any more property amenities sneak up on us, let’s check out the main home.

Built in 2004, the main log cabin home truly has all the log cabin feels but magnified and that’s because it’s huge.

The listing states the home has 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. As for details, you’ll find large windows, multiple fireplaces and kitchens, and bathrooms with a little bit of that good old cottage core aesthetic.

All in all, not too bad for $19 million, right?
