Great news, ice cream fanatics! Vancouver’s popular spot for liquid nitrogen ice cream is getting a new location on Robson Street this spring – and just in time for the warmer, sunnier days ahead.

Known for its creamy scoops chilled in a cloud of liquid nitrogen mist, Mister is one of Vancouver’s favourite spots for frozen desserts for a reason. With an array of creative, rotating flavours like Matcha Oat Milk, Lavender Brulee, Lucky Charms, and Irish Coffee – the only problem you’ll have is choosing what to order.

What’s more, those with a sweet tooth will soon have another location to check out, situated at Robson and Bute.

“We are thrilled to embark on this new adventure and share our passion for delicious ice cream with the vibrant community of Robson Street,” says co-owner Michael Lai. “We can’t wait to create memorable moments and sweet experiences for everyone who visits our new shop.”

New signature treat

Set to open in early April, the new 768-square-foot spot will debut Mister’s all-new signature confection: An ice cream bun with liquid nitrogen ice cream sandwiched between fluffy cream buns.

As well, the Robson Street location will offer a variety of rotating made-from-scratch flavours, available in scoops or pints, in addition to their popular ice cream sandwiches, bars, and frozen bananas.

Mister on Robson will be open daily from 2 to 10 pm – so stay tuned for an official opening date!
