CashNetUSA has released a new report detailing the most expensive neighborhoods in the nation. They’ve found the most expensive places to live coast to coast and that includes Washington state. Let’s see just which Eastside neighborhood made the list.
The most expensive neighborhood in the United States is currently the 94027 zip code in Atherton, California, with a median home value of $6.7 million. Other neighborhoods in California also made the list, including Beverly Hills and Malibu.

When it comes to Washington state, the most expensive neighborhood is Medina, located on the east side of Lake Washington. The median home value in Medina is $2.7 million, making it one of the most expensive places to live in the state.
