We all know McDonald’s will sometimes introduce new menu items. Case in point, the spicy nuggets introduced in Canada last year. And now, it looks like McDonald’s in Japan has introduced a Canadian item.

And this item is currently in offered there.

The pie is said to contain 1.5% Canadian maple syrup. But hey, that’s more pie and syrup than we even get in Canada.

According to local outlet SoraNews24, the pie has a “generous slathering of maple syrup.”

It also looks like it comes in a white box with little red maple leaves… you know, like our flag.

Besides the new Canadian Maple Pie, McDonald’s in Japan also introduced the Belgian Chocolat Pie and Spicy Chicken McNuggets Garlic Pepper.

UMM… We’ll have some of those McNuggets in Canada please. And that maple pie.

If you’re wondering, the Canadian Maple Custard Pie sells for about $1.60 CAD.
