Vancouver is getting a FREE block party with food, music, & yoga

If you thought the season of outdoor festivals and block parties was over, think again, Vancouver! Lululemon is hosting a huge block party next month, complete with free food, music, arts & crafts, and yoga for all visitors.

Hosted alongside Stand.earth, the full afternoon of fun will take place on “the lulu lawn” at Seaforth Peace Park to celebrate the movement to clean up yoga and get fossil fuels out of fashion.

At the event, CEO Calvin McDonald himself has been invited to share Lululemon’s new climate commitment, which the event page details will include the handing over of a letter signed by 50,000 community members asking the company to “quit coal.”

As for block party festivities, guests can expect to indulge in free food and drinks, and enjoy live DJs spinning tunes as they participate in group yoga.
