If you’re planning a trip to Harrison Hot Springs this fall, there’s an enchanting holiday light display that you won’t want to miss. Every year, Lights by the Lake transforms 2 km of waterfront at Harrison Lake into an illuminated wonderland.
On opening day this year, visitors can enjoy Christmas carols, free hot cocoa, fireworks, and an endearing pet parade.
The annual tradition is centred around the Sts’Ailes Nation’s longstanding tale of the elusive Sasquatch, which will take the form of a special appearance of the Sasquatch himself on opening day – Saturday, November 18th.
Visitors can capture the experience with a photo, as well as snap a pic with Santa. Fireworks will commence at 5:30 p.m., according to Tourism Harrison.
As for holiday lights, guests can expect to see some pretty magical displays this year. This includes weeping Christmas trees, old-fashioned lamps, and custom-built displays of various animals and whimsical creatures.
