Krispy Kreme just released Carnival-themed donuts in Canada & they’re a hole lot of fun

Watch out, Tim Hortons — Krispy Kreme might’ve just won us over with their latest doughy creations. The chain announced on Tuesday that their new carnival collection is available at its Canadian locations through August 8.

The collection includes three flavours that are sure to give you a sweet thrill — Caramel Popcorn, Cotton Candy and Caramel Apple.

Cotton Candy is described as an Original Glazed doughnut coated in cotton candy-flavoured icing and cotton candy sugar, with buttercream and rainbow sprinkles on top. We’re getting a sugar rush just thinking about it!

Caramel Apple is a shell doughnut with caramel apple-flavoured filling. It’s dipped in green apple icing and drizzled in caramel and sprinkles. It even comes with a pretzel stick to mimic the classic carnival treat of your childhood.

Finally, there’s Caramel Popcorn, a glazed shell doughnut with caramel popcorn-flavoured Kreme inside, with caramel drizzle and popcorn pieces on top.

Krispy Kreme is known for its delicious and unusual flavour combinations. Just recently, the chain released its limited-edition Lemonade Glaze doughnut collection, which includes Strawberry Lemonade and Pink Lemonade Cake. We’ll take a few dozen, please!
