After years of anticipation, Krispy Kreme has confirmed a new Calgary shop, giving dessert lovers one more place to curb their cravings.
“The rumours are true,” they wrote in an email to Curiocity.
“Krispy Kreme is in the process of opening a store in Calgary!”
Located at 9629 Macleod Trail in the south end of the city, guests will soon be able to indulge in everything the shop has become known for.

From their iconic glazed donut to their filled, iced and sprinkled delights, they’ll have it all.
Whether it’s tea or coffee (iced or hot), the shop is sure to make for a delightful stop, morning, noon or in the evening – but it won’t pop up overnight.
According to the company, they hope to open by 2025 – so start looking ahead. Krispy Kreme certainly is!
Levi Hetrick, their Chief Growth Officer & Operating Partner said they “are excited to be coming back to the market,” and we are too!
