Once a single oversized and underutilized block next to an isolated rapid transit station, King George Hub will be home to more than 4,000 residents and over 2,700 jobs. Like we said, vibrant!

At the celebration, PCI and TransLink will announce a unique joint pilot program that will inform future transit-oriented communities.
