A condo once owned by an action movie legend is up for sale in Vancouver

If you’re ready to feel like George Costanza after he (ostensibly) bought Jon Voight’s car, then we’ve got just the place. A stunning condo in downtown Vancouver is back up for sale, and it once belonged to an action movie legend.

That’s right, you can practice your split kicks in the same condo where Jean-Claude Van Damme himself once lived.

He had also made some major changes to the place. Way back when he first bought it in 2001, Van Damme actually combined three separate units into one massive condo. With a sprawling 4,674 square feet to relax in, the condo features both luxury touches and incredible views of the Vancouver skyline.

Located in One Wall tower at the Wall Centre, the condo offers a whopping 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, making it perfect for those with a big family or looking to live with friends. Of course, we recommend instead that you convert one of the bedrooms into your very own dojo, to really complete the vibe.

As for other touches, they’re mostly included just by living in the building.

You’ll be able to enjoy a pool, an actual gym, valet parking, and a 24 hour concierge for those 3AM “what should I eat?” questions. Got a few cars and bikes kicking around? Don’t worry, the condo also comes with 6(!) parking stalls and 4 storage lockers. We guess Jean-Claude liked to have options while he was going out and about!

Naturally, a condo of this quality also comes with a seriously high price. If you really want to live like the The Expendables 2 star once did, you’ll need to cough up $9,998,000 to do so. Don’t worry, we just heard about this super cool underground fighting ring with big prize money on the line.

The only question now is- are you in?
