A reindeer festival is coming to Issaquah and Santa will be there

Santa is a pretty cool guy, bringing gifts to the world and all that… But he wouldn’t be able to spread the joy he does without the help of his trusty team of reindeer. If you want to see behind the scenes of the creatures that make Christmas possible, you don’t want to miss the Issaquah Reindeer Festival.

The Issaquah Reindeer Festival takes place this year between December 1st and 23rd. It’s an opportunity to enjoy the sights and sounds of the holidays with family and friends.
Take part in the most unique annual holiday celebration in the Northwest, offering excitement and fun for everyone!

Guests are invited to visit “Santa’s House” and get up close and personal with the reindeer. According to the Cougar Mountain Zoo, Santa’s reindeer farm at the zoo is the largest of its kind in the country.

Santa will be there between December 1st and 23rd from 10:30 AM–4 PM and additional donations are required for photos with Santa, according to State of Washington Tourism.

Of course, after you are done visiting the reindeer you are welcome to check out the other animal residents at the Cougar Mountain Zoo.
