Jingle all the way to Seattle Center for the return of the city's iconic German Christmas Market

It’s tiiiiime! The holiday season is well and truly upon us, and that means Seattle’s largest open-air Christmas market is back for another year!
Grab your coats, hats, and holiday spirit — the city’s own magical European Christmas village is now open at the Seattle Center for a month-long celebration of all things festive.
Bigger, better, and brighter than ever

Running from now until December 24th, this year’s event features over 80 artisan huts — meaning more gifts, goodies, and gourmet food samples than ever before!
You’ll get to browse through a bunch of thoughtfully-curated, European, and locally-made crafts, perfect for everyone on your holiday gift list.
We’re talking one-of-a-kind charcuterie boards, hand-stitched leather goods, wool scarves and hats, cozy candles, traditional nutcrackers, greeting cards, artisan soaps, decadent chocolates, and way more.
Feast your eyes & your taste buds

It’s not just about shopping — you can also enjoy a variety of unique food and drink vendors that’ll have you coming back for more. Think European favorites like cheesy raclette, bratwurst, spätzle, perogies, and of course, Glühwein (German mulled wine).
Warm up with some goulash, sip on an apple cider, or indulge in cinnamon sugar Chimney Cakes — the options are endless! Or, opt for some non-traditional eats with fire-roasted salmon, paella, and potato twisters.
Munch as you browse the market or head to the indoor dining space: the cozy ski chalet-inspired Alpen Haus.
Festive vibes all around

The Center is brimming with so much festive charm this year, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped right into a European Christmas village.
Take a ride on the double-decker carousel (the only one in the Pacific Northwest!), snap an Insta-worthy picture at the walk-through Christmas tree, or step into the Fairytale Forest and bask in the glow of twinkling lights.
Local musicians are set to bring the magic to life every day with live performances on the Flying Stage (on the second level of the iconic Christmas Pyramid) where it’s Glühwein served up from the bottom, carols, and acoustic holiday tunes doled out from the top!
You can also expect to see special events throughout the season, from Christmas Karaoke Nights and Holiday Trivia to an Ugly Sweater Day.

If you’re ready to add a little extra merriness to the holidays, The Seattle Christmas Market is a must-visit.
