Winter is not over yet! Newmarket’s Ice Lounge on Main kicks off this week, welcoming thousands of visitors for four days of delicious food, icy cocktails, and live entertainment.
The town’s historic Main Street will transform into a pedestrian-only zone with a ton of festivities to enjoy, from Water Street to Park Avenue.
Festivities kick off on February 22nd from 5 PM to 11 PM, February 23rd and 24th from 12 PM to 11 PM, and February 25th from 12 PM to 5 PM

“Indulge in expanded outdoor restaurant options or grab a drink at one of the Ice Bars. During the event, guests will be permitted to enjoy alcohol outdoors throughout the event area,” according to organizers.
Take a moment to relax in one of the igloo lounges or warm up by a fire pit while roasting marshmallows.
Also, take a look along Main Street and admire the art, including ice sculptures and light installations.
While you’re at it, you can enjoy live music, magic, and even fire performances.
And of course, support local! Check out all the boutique shops on Main Street too.
