This century-old house for sale near Toronto comes with a roaring waterfall (PHOTOS)

This is not your average four-bedroom home — in fact, it’s described as “one of Ontario’s most unique properties.” This old stone mill house has been around for an entire century and is surrounded by over 150 acres of lush green paradise, complete with a majestic waterfall.

According to the Engel & Völkers listing, the house is situated on the banks of the Noisy River, with over 2 km of river frontage surrounding the property.

A back trail hike takes you right to the 53-foot natural waterfall, which cascades over a cliff into a tranquil swimming hole below.

Given the spectacular sights and acreage that this home comes with, it may not come as a huge surprise that it comes at a pretty steep cost.

All of this could be yours for a cool $6.9 million. Looks like we’ll need to keep saving, but in the meantime, we can always dream!
