We are excited, as should you be. Because one of Calgary’s much-awaited communities is unveiling brand new show homes. We are talking about the new Hotchkiss community in southeast Calgary.

Led by Hopewell Residential and Qualico Communities, the Hotchkiss development has been garnering a lot of attention. And they are finally unveiling new show homes with a grand opening on Saturday, October 15th, 2022, between 12 PM – 5 PM. An impressive line-up of  11 new Paired, Laned and Front-Garage show homes by award-winning builders, Broadview Homes, Hopewell Residential, NuVista Homes and Sterling Homes, will be open for touring.

The two industry-leading developers, backed by over 120 years of experience, have planned an array of fall fanfare to showcase the true diversity of the community. So, there will be a lot of fun activities, in addition to home tours.

You can expect a unique global culinary experience and family-friendly activities like a precious pumpkin patch for picking and a fall farmyard from Butterfield Acres. Plus, more treats and prizes.

The community will soon be home to several murals by the iconic @DripandRoll and the event will host an immersive art session allowing everyone to make their mark and start their beginning in Hotchkiss. Think of the opening as a sneak peek into what Hotchkiss will grow into.
