Did you know that there’s a hidden skating rink in Toronto and it’s free to use? Grab those skates and get ready to glide! 1 Hotel Toronto is celebrating the winter season with not only a rooftop Apres ski experience but a free skating rink, tucked away from the busy crowds.
Make your way to 550 Wellington Street W and right behind 1 Hotel Toronto’s outdoor patio (the Garden Pavillion in the summer), is where you’ll find the skating rink.
The long and narrow rink is completely free for public use, making it a great spot to enjoy some time on the ice. All you need to do is bring your own skates, lace up, and glide across the frozen surface! It’s a wonderful winter experience you don’t want to miss out on.
You can enjoy a day on the ice, every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Now if you’re looking to elevate your winter experience, you have to book a reservation at Harriet’s Rooftop.
Put on your best Après Ski fit and get ready to turn heads at Mt. Harriet’s. As you soak in the cozy ambiance, treat yourself to a carefully curated menu and themed cocktails. These will surely elevate your winter experience.
There’s also a live DJ spinning the hottest tracks, setting the mood while you enjoy a view of the CN Tower. Talk about views!
Just make sure to book your evening Wednesdays to Saturdays from 5 p.m., to late, until March 8, 2025. Hop on this before it ends!
While you figure out your next outing, we’ll be here sharpening our skates and getting ready to hit the ice at this hidden gem.
Who wants to join us?
When: Every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
