Here’s where you can rent Bubble Soccer equipment in Calgary this summer

After the year that we’ve just had, it’s going to take a while for us to adjust. From giving each other hugs, sitting together at a restaurant or playing a contact sport, learning how to share our space with another person is going to be a process. Our advice? Do things at your own pace. in place of a hug, start with a sanitizer handshake! Not ready to sit at a two-top table? Ask for a larger booth and don’t rush into playing a game of flag football if you’re not ready. Instead, go bumper to bumper in a bubble soccer match – the safest, strangest sport you can play in YYC.

This summer, roll, flip and flail in a variety of unforgettable competitions that will test your sight, strength and ability to strategize all courtesy of Bumper Ball Calgary. A ridiculous company that rents out some pretty unique sports equipment.

Comfortably secured in one of their inflatable spheres, players can either play a round of bumper globes or are able to kick a ball around.

Of course, you don’t really rent these bad boys to score many points so it’s important not to take things too seriously.

If we’re being honest, this is just an excuse to make a fool of yourselves and your friends but trust us, you will not regret it. Will it be embarrassing? More than likely, yes. But – will you have a ton of fun? Abso-freaking-lutely.

If you’re interested, rentals start at $250 for 6 balls (per two hours) and they come in 3 different sizes to accommodate people of every height.

For more information or to submit a rental request, you can check out their website here!

Enjoy, Calgary and good luck.
