Need a pick me up this Monday? Well, get excited because one of Washington’s oldest and best traditions returns this weekend. We’re talking about the Evergreen State Fair. The fair returns this year on August 26th with the theme “Back in the Saddle Again” and is sure to be a classic Washington experience.

The Evergreen State Fair has been happening since 1949 and has been bringing Washingtonians end-of-summer joy ever since. This year’s fair will be no different and possibly even better since we all missed it last year. You can enjoy classic fair carnival rides, fair foods, and live entertainment. Some of the performers this year include Foghat, Chris Janson, Zach Williams, and more.

Of course, you’ll also be able to get up close and personal with some super cute farm animals and enjoy various equestrian shows like 4H, the Western Regional Clydesdale Show, and more. If you want some more fast-paced entertainment you can also watch Monster Trucks and even ride on one! There’s plenty of fun for everyone.

As Washington has recently been cracking down with COVID-19 cases rising, the fair will be tweeting any updates that they have throughout the 12 days it’s running. For now, everything is good to go and you can purchase your tickets by clicking below.
