Here’s everything new at the Rogers Centre this season

We’re just a few days away from the Rogers Centre opening for the Blue Jays season and needless to say, we’re amped. Not only are we excited to see the changes but we’re hyped for all the new experiences the Rogers Centre will have to offer.

From hangout spaces to new food offerings, cheap tickets and $1 hot dogs, we’ve compiled a list of all the new things at the Rogers Centre that we’ll soon be able to enjoy.

Low priced tickets

The Toronto Blue Jays will soon invite fans to their new-and-improved home turf at the Rogers Centre and are introducing cheap new tickets as an added bonus.

Fans who want to be at the centre of the action can get general admission for just $20 all-in, which grants access to all of the new outfield and social spaces at the stadium. These tickets are also called Outfield District tickets and do not include assigned seats in the ballpark.

New venues

Talking about new spaces, get ready to explore four new “outfield neighbourhoods” and three new group spaces, all with their own theme, menu offerings, design and more.

What’s being called the. “Outfield District” will be home to several exciting food and drink concepts, including the Corona Rooftop Patio, Park Social, The Catch Bar, and The Stop.

$1 hot dogs

The Blue Jays will invite fans to their newly-renovated ballpark for the first time on April 11th, 2023, for the home opener.

New to the Rogers Centre this season is Schneiders Porch, a new hot dog headquarters located in right field at the 200 level.

They offer an “elevated hot dog experience” with panoramic ballpark views, as well as Loonie Hot Dog nights every Tuesday home game starting on April 25th.

New food offerings

As we previously mentioned, there are new restaurants and spaces for fans to kick back, relax, eat some great food and watch the game. Each space has its own menu, like the Corona Rooftop patio which offers Corona products, frozen cocktails, and more.

At the Park Social, fans can expect food truck-style eats like bacon-pepper grilled cheese, brownie sundaes, and milkshakes.

The Stop will have a menu that features diverse food offerings and quick drinks. Expect great eats like Jamaican beef patties, banh mi sandwiches, and signature cocktails.

And at the Catch Bar, you can expect menu items like mac and cheese with Montreal smoked meat, Cuban sandwiches, and brioche pretzel bites.
