And so we visited the Hunter and Spencer townhomes that are currently on the market. Our visit and conversation with the folks at Homes by Avi led us to conclude that there are some (6 to be precise) exciting features you can get in a home even if it is in the lower range of $300K.

What do we mean by a unique design? The community is dotted with homes that feature a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe with industrial elements and bold colours on the exterior and an upscale, feature-rich interior as you can see in the pictures above.
ACTIVITIES FOR EVERYONE
Now, let’s think of things that are ‘nice’ to share proximity with. You’ll find golf courses and stables within a 10-min drive. Add another 4 minutes to reach the Bow River. Now here’s the best part, there are about 10 playgrounds and parks nearby, a number of trails for hiking and biking and a mere 30-minute drive to the Mountains for times when parks and trails are just not enough.

PLACE PERFECT FOR FURRY FAMILY MEMBERS
This is, by far, the most important one for us, and many others we believe. We want our furry fam to be just as happy and well adjusted in a home as we are. And Winston with its large area, private courtyard and nearby parks and trails is a perfectly pet-friendly community.
