This farm near Toronto has super cute alpacas & you can visit it this winter

Not your typical winter activity but it’s just as fun… or maybe even cuter? There’s an alpaca farm near Toronto and you can get up close and personal with the cheeky mammals for the most adorable pics.

Less than an hour and a half away from Toronto, you’ll find Harmony Meadows Alpaca at 6185 6 Line in Belwood, Ontario. This family-friendly farm invites all to visit the alpacas in their pasture – all 30 of them.

Though they’re not fans of cuddling, you’ll have the chance to give them a treat and pet them – only if they’re in the mood of course.

Guests can take part in a guided tour where all their Alpaca-related questions will be answered.

Private tours of the alpaca farm can be booked for a minimum charge or you can get individual tickets: $20 for adults, $15 for 12 and under, and free for those under 2.

Evening, Weekend, and holiday pricing are an extra $5 from the base charge.

Though it is solely outdoors, to make sure the alpacas don’t get scared or nervous, the farm asks that you don’t bring your own four-legged friends near the alpacas.

You can keep them in the parking area if you do need to bring them.

A few important things to take note of: make sure to dress up warmly, there’s lots of free parking, and washrooms are available.

Tickets can be purchased online and if you’re looking for a last-minute activity, there are still timeslots available this month and open availability in January.

Get your tickets ASAP and experience the joys of this alpaca farm!
