Beloved pop-up Hamdi is opening a permanent location in Seattle this month

If you’re like us and always curious about what’s happening in the Seattle food scene, you’ll want to know about Hamdi. The name might actually be familiar to you because at the moment it’s been a beloved local pop-up. However, it now has its very own brick-and-mortar location.

Hamdi serves up Turkish and Anatolian cuisine that has Seattleites seriously hooked. At their pop-ups menu items have included delectable dishes like cuts from whole lamb roasts, wild-caught charcoal grilled Bronzino, Kokoreç, and more. That gives you a good idea of the delicious offerings that may be available at the new permanent location.

We now know that the restaurant’s location is in Fremont or Frelard depending on how you categorize the area. The new restaurant will call the former Tarsan i Jane space home.

As the pop-up is so popular, reservations for November got snatched up immediately. That being said, you can try your luck at very limited walk-in seats when the restaurant opens. Otherwise, reservation dates will for December will be available soon and you can check them out by staying in the loop on the restaurant’s Instagram. Enjoy!
